Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Items bought on clearance or sale are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personal care & beauty products
• Underwear, swimwear, and intimate wear
• Gift cards or digital products
• Items damaged due to misuse

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange eligible items.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference.
• If it costs less, store credit will be issued.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
• Mobile Money refunds go back to the original number used.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. We will confirm eligibility and give return instructions.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange is processed.
